They settled on a Honda Pilot, so while he was at work, I started contacting various Honda dealers around Southern California. Every dealership responded eventually, but the response I got from Gary Lobel at Poway Honda was not only prompt, but he graciously kept the conversation going (as I had plenty of questions) via email, even though he was swamped. Gary was awesome and not only shot me a great deal (and I mean no other dealership could/would touch that price) he gave me all the details and pricing information via email. And during Covid-19, that is invaluable. We had this fantastic deal negotiated before we even got to Poway Honda to look at the Pilot. Gary was detailing the Pilot model my Son wanted as we arrived to finalize everything the next day. From checking out the Pilot, to signing everything (special shout out to Andre Allen - Finance Manager, who was incredible) to receiving instructions on the features of the Pilot, we were in and out of the Poway Honda in about two hours! We told Gary, with the spectacular service we received (and great pricing of course), Poway Honda now has two new customers - for life!!! More

I was quoted $50+ over the phone when I made my appointment. The service advisor quoted me $80+. Luckily I had a coupon for 10% & the advisor gave me another 5%. Great Service Department I've been going to Poway Honda for all my service needs and have owned many generational models of Civics. In my recent visit, Marco was totally help I've been going to Poway Honda for all my service needs and have owned many generational models of Civics. In my recent visit, Marco was totally helpful as i pointed out there was an issue with a noise that's been ongoing for months. He recommended a mechanic to verify and sure enough there was an issue. They quickly solved my problem and back on the road in an hour. Appreciate Marco for taking the time to listen. Two thumbs up and keep up the good work! More

We provided all the information to her but at the end she recommended us to go to the dealership we'd got our car from...we've called that dealership and let her talk to the representative, but she still was absolutely clueless on what she needed to be doing...so we just left...very unhappy More

He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He always provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations and also offers me with any available service discounts and promotions. The waiting area is clean and gourmet coffee, water, popcorn, and a variety of snacks are provided for customers. A free car wash is also included with the service. All service advisors are nice and friendly and it is always fun to chat briefly with Chris in the parts department when he is not busy. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the water bottle. Highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership.
