Sales experience was Great! Service Department not so much My experience with the sales and was great, The sale staff were a pleasure to deal with. Just straight talk and a fine truck for a fair price. i can't really comment about the Quality of work or the Price, because they never performed the work. So, i gave them one star because i am dissatisfied. The service department experience did not leave me feeling so good. I had some minor issues when I first bought the truck, but they were moving to a new facility so that was quite understandable. When I called about a specific recall service on my vehicle (firmware update) the guy didn't know about the recall. I was told it would take about 1.5 -2 hrs. We scheduled the service for the next morning. I dropped it off early and was told again it would be 1.5 -2 hrs. said they would call me when it was ready. Almost 4 hours later without an update. (I had plans for lunchtime) I called to get the status and was put on hold (twice). I left a message, but no one got back to me. So, I thought I'd stop by get the status and ask for a loaner if needed. When I arrived the vehicle was still in the parking lot. The service manager never got my phone message. I was told it would be ready about 4:30 or 5. OK I thought how about a loaner? No loaner. I reclaimed my vehicle and re-scheduled the work with another dealership. Who knew exactly what recall I was referring to. He told me to drop it off at noon and it would be ready to pick up at 4pm. Too bad I can't service my vehicle where I bought. I do want to stress that if this was a sales review it would be all 5 stars. Alas, this a service review. More

I called about a car that was on sale that was on there website to make sure it was still there and I was told it was so I drove an hour and a half to I called about a car that was on sale that was on there website to make sure it was still there and I was told it was so I drove an hour and a half to go check it out but when I got there the sales man told me they had just sold it. He wanted me to look at other cars they had but were not what I wanted so we left. He had my cell phone number and knew I was driving a long ways but didn't bother to call me and let me know they had sold the car. Very rude I thought. We went somewhere else the same day and bought a new car. More

They also didn't talk down to me or treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Joe was a great salesperson to work with and Bill and Vik on the trade in and finance side also did an awesome job. In the end I got an SUV for an amazing price, lowered my interest and payment and would gladly buy from this dealership in the future. More
