My experience with Celso selling me my car was a confidence building experience. I have not bought this expensive of a car ever in my life and it was rather scary. After driving the mini, and working up the numbers with Celso, I wanted to sleep on it and test drive a few more models. He was very supportive and patient. Accepting my decision and not pressuring me into rushing into the sale. Of course, upon returning the next day, I purchased the car. Celso was off that day, but stayed in close contact with me by phone, ensuring that he met me at the dealership (with child in tow) to be there for me. I was looking online at a care I was interested in and did the online application and Frank got a hold of me almost instantly. The '07 Chevy Impala I have is not the car I had thought I would ever be able to afford on my budget or with my credit score. I couldn't be happy with it! Unfortunately Frank had to leave before I could come up to the dealership because most everything had been done by phone before this point.
