While going from Portland to Corvallis for my son's high school graduation, the wheel bearings on my Cadillac Deville decided to go out. While we were able to make it back to Portland that night, leaving our Cadillac at the dealer in Corvallis, we had to fully trust he and his staff to be competent, honest, and efficient via the phone.
