Bought a 2017 used Explorer, sales person and finance department where great, had a recall on the roof runners a month later, took to service Dept., and they put us in a loaner knowing they did not have department where great, had a recall on the roof runners a month later, took to service Dept., and they put us in a loaner knowing they did not have parts, drove loaner for three weeks and no word on parts or time line to be done, to this day still have not heard from them to fix my runners on roof for a recall, the recall was back in Dec. of 2020,..Got my roof runners fixed at Don Chalmers in two weeks after parts got in a month ago. I feel that I was lied to about signing up for extra products I didn't need. Examples extended maintenance, I am covered for 100000 miles, my trade in had 84K miles. Oil change package every 7500 miles, products I didn't need. Examples extended maintenance, I am covered for 100000 miles, my trade in had 84K miles. Oil change package every 7500 miles, it will take me years to get to 7500 miles. The biggest issue was, I went in with a pre-approval from my bank and not only did Power Ford request my credit but so did Ford Motor Credit. This should never have happened. David Hall was awesome, somehow it stopped with him. I tried to get ahold of Matt to discuss my issues and he didn't return my calls. I tried to deliver my title and the little girl at the desk didn't know what was going on and asked someone if my title was ready. So many negatives More
