Poor management of service done My service manager did not keep me updated or even get my car diagnosed for 2 days and then didn’t get it completely diagnosed. It took a week to have My service manager did not keep me updated or even get my car diagnosed for 2 days and then didn’t get it completely diagnosed. It took a week to have the repairs done. When I would call the service manager would not pick up the phone even when he was at his desk and did not return calls. Worst experience I’ve had there. Normally the service managers I’ve had have been much better. More
