I have put about 45k miles on them so I knew it was time to replace them. Carlos and Steve worked out a very good price for a set of tires and got them in, mounted and balanced in no time. They were very friendly and kept my cost very low. I appreciated the effort they went to to get me done quickly as well More

Typical "used car" sales I had made an appointment to come in and get an estimate on my vehicle while discussing the price of a 2019 Raptor. First off, the sales person that I had made an appointment to come in and get an estimate on my vehicle while discussing the price of a 2019 Raptor. First off, the sales person that I had made the appointment with 'couldn't make it' so he pushed me to another salesman who was aware that I was on my way. I arrived ten minutes early, which I had let the sales person know -- but i had to go find him on the lot; he was w/ a colleague, leaning on some cars, drinking coffee (a made an assumption that he'd meet me at the front since I had an appointment). He then went and got the key to show me the truck I was interested in; I wasn't sure that I wanted the specific seat option that the sales person had said this particular truck had. He then proceeded to unlock the door and, go figure, this particular truck did NOT have the option the sales person had said it had. The substitute sales person then went and retrieved a 'trade in value form' from the office, and while I was walking through the show room to get back to where my truck was, the sales manager that I had met and spoke to the day before, walked right by me w/ a cup of coffee w/ his sunglasses still on, and didn't acknowledge my existence--felt like I was at Integrity Automotive once again. After acquiring the trade in form, the sales person opened up my truck's door and, simply, wrote down the mileage and VIN number. REALLY? I made an appointment to see a truck that had an incorrectly stated option, and came in so they could appraise my truck by taking down two numbers i could've given over the phone? I received a call later that morning from my original sales person and I let him know about my experience, and he was very apologetic. I then asked him to text me a picture of the vehicle sticker since it wasn't on the truck--and he text me two prices; one was the sticker which had the advertised internet price, and one that incorporated the $15000 upcharge. When I asked about the uncharge, he let me know that all Raptors start w/ a $15000 over-the-sticker uncharge ... Again, REALLY, shouldn't that had been part of the first conversation we'd had about the truck? Power Ford, thanks for making me feel like I was truly part of the stereotypical "used car" experience.
