Worst experience Worst. Experience. Ever. I will NEVER go back to Power Ford, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that no one I know ever goes there, eit Worst. Experience. Ever. I will NEVER go back to Power Ford, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that no one I know ever goes there, either! The "business manager" Jawad Moussa is a joke. He is a sheister and a bully. I financed the vehicle I was purchasing through MY credit union to avoid being taken advantage of, and that really pissed Jawad off. It didn't stop him from trying to his bully tactics on me though. He told me THEY still had to run my credit app through their finance people to be in compliance with the Patriot Act...total garbage. Just another way they get your info so they can try and up the interest rate. He also told me that I HAD to do tax/title and license through them (I had my credit union take care of that for me, too...for $500 less)...again, total garbage. They just want to take customers for everything they have. The sales person I dealt with wasn't much better at the end of it all, either. He began twisting my words and ended up flat out lying to me to try and save face in front of Jawad. It was horrible. Do NOT do business with these people. More

Great car, excellent price. No hassle. Manny is a great salesman. Helpful with no pressure. Got the car, price, extended warranties...everything I wanted. Plus a year of free service. Recall Repairs I would like to give this dealership’s Service Department a good review however when I took my truck in for my appointment to take care recall issue I would like to give this dealership’s Service Department a good review however when I took my truck in for my appointment to take care recall issues first I was told they did not have all the parts, to me if they made the appointment they should have made sure they had the parts and not expect me to come in for a different appointment. I left my truck the gentleman that waited on me did call me and say they were going to another dealership to get the part so that I wouldn’t have to make a different appointment. Now I have been waiting over two weeks to get the paperwork sent to me for the recall work that was done/completed on my truck. The person that waited on me Brian keeps telling he’s been real busy keeps promising me to send it to me via email and I have yet to get it. Terrible customer service. I would like my paperwork!!! More

When faces with an upset customer they upped their game I had gotten the runaround with Rich Ford Service so I brought it to Power Ford Service expecting more of the same.
