I went in to look at used car. The car was nice and not a bad price. I Unfortunately I was called 7 times by various PowerFord associates asking and pressuring me about what they c The car was nice and not a bad price. I Unfortunately I was called 7 times by various PowerFord associates asking and pressuring me about what they could do to earn my business. This was all in less than 24 hours.. that doesn’t include the 2 emails. One person called me at 6 in the evening to tell me about the trade in specials over the weekend. As I told him that I was just sitting down to dinner at a restaurant and it was a not a good time. He said well since we were already on the phone he could just explain the specials to me. I had to basically threaten to just hang up before he relented and said I could come in over the weekend and see. The next day I received call after call asking me what they could do to earn my business, if had other questions, or what was preventing me from deciding. High pressure and relentless calling in less than 24 hours is an extreme turn off. I cant emphasize how annoying this was and I can say I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I do not know how anyone would respond positively to so many people calling so many times in such a short time after going on a simple test drive. More

Service at Power Ford was terrible. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but no longer will I take my truck to be service there. Dropped it off on Monday was told I would have e I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but no longer will I take my truck to be service there. Dropped it off on Monday was told I would have estimate in 24-48 hrs. I had not heard from them so I called on Wednesday was transferred to voice mail, no return call again called twice on Thursday transferred to voice mail no return call. On Friday I finally demanded to be transferred to live person, found out estimate was ready on Tuesday morning yet I NEVER heard from anyone, was without vehicle 4 days for no reason. I will be taking my truck to be serviced at the other Ford dealers if Power Ford cannot respond in a timely manner causing me inconvenience. More
