Took my Bronco in for an oil change under warranty and after 3 hours I started really asking questions about what in the world could be taking so long. The girl at the desk talked in more circles than a p after 3 hours I started really asking questions about what in the world could be taking so long. The girl at the desk talked in more circles than a politician. She couldn't explain to me what could possibly take 3 hours for an oil change that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes max. When I got the follow-up text from the dealership asking about my experience, I said I was not happy and they asked what they could do to make me happy... I said I'd like to speak with omsone about it... crickets. Welcome to AI text messages. I then posted on their Facebook page with a screenshot of the text message as proof, and they blocked me within seconds of my post. HUH? They love to take your money, but they take NO accountability for their own actions!!! More
