Job well done…I was apprised along the way of additional items that needed attention… back shocks were leaking so I had those fixed also. It took 13 months for FORD to get the parts for the safety recall wh items that needed attention… back shocks were leaking so I had those fixed also. It took 13 months for FORD to get the parts for the safety recall which led to my appointment. I also had an oil change done. I much prefer to have regular oil changes performed at the dealership instead of independent oil change outfits. The staff at power FORD is always courteous and efficient. Thanks More

Have had issues in the past with the work supposedly been completed then had to argue to get resolved. This past visit I had suspicions of them not rotating my tires from signs of weird wear. This time I ma completed then had to argue to get resolved. This past visit I had suspicions of them not rotating my tires from signs of weird wear. This time I marked my passenger tires. They pulled it up front and they didn’t rotate them. They manager was called, they made it right and gave a free oil change for next visit. They tried to sell me a coolant flush and exchange. Which I did 20,000 miles ago and they did not put on radiator cap correctly and I spilled coolant all the way home. Went back and fought for a new flush and fluids. They didn’t record this mishap in the system until the counter person searched for it. The value is there, you just have to trust they are doing their job and double check their work. A dealership should have top notch service for your vehicles. More
