After having a major let down with my past dealership (Rich Ford), it was time to look elsewhere. It certainly paid off to call Power Ford. They greeted me with courtesy, forthright explanations, and pro (Rich Ford), it was time to look elsewhere. It certainly paid off to call Power Ford. They greeted me with courtesy, forthright explanations, and professional interaction; I don’t need the usual fluff, I just want straight forward information and truth and I got it. They quickly scheduled me an appointment (Rich Ford told they don’t do appointments, only first-come-first-serviced), so that was great since nobody has time to wait without any expectation. right? Initially, my service rep (Tanner West), advised me that it would be 2-3 days to get my truck looked at, which was reasonable compared to the 8-10 days I was quoted at Rich. A few hours later, he called me to tell me that he was able get my truck in that day! Other than a few minor glitches playing phone tag to get updates, Tanner certainly kept me posted on all the repair details. My vehicle was complete in a very timely manner and went way beyond my expectations. These days, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, however, Tanner West and his team at Power Ford have restored my faith. Looks like I found my go-to dealership again—Thanks Guys! Prior to the pandemic, I rated Power Ford a 5. I feel badly about a 4 rating now. We are elderly and only have one car. When we schedule service, we have to wait for the car to be finished or use a court badly about a 4 rating now. We are elderly and only have one car. When we schedule service, we have to wait for the car to be finished or use a courtesy car, or use a rental. Complications caused by the pandemic caused a shortage of rental cars and eliminated a guarantee of getting one, and wiped out the courtesy car option. I understand that, but can’t be without a car. The service was excellent and our service writer was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and caring. We were there 45 minutes from start to finish, which was remarkable and even better than before pandemic. More
This was my first visit to Power Ford. Great experience.
