I am not impressed with the Ford dealerships per say. I will be looking to purchase another vehicle but will probably not go through Ford. This particular dealership and the one in Rio Rancho had excellent responses. The dealership on Lomas was horrible. Terrible response ( as though I owed them a favor for coming in, and Very RUDE customer service technicians. The Lomas site had a technician years ago named Rocky (I believe) and he was professional, courteous, and very helpful with a strong knowledge base and excellent customer service! More

Also suggested a save money procedure as my car was at 100,000 miles to replace sparkplugs and coil and plug wires ( Tim explained the repair needed.
