My husband was dealing with Keno through text messages as my husband decided to trade in his dream for a Red Mach E. We live two hours away. My husband was adamant about what we were going to pay per month and what they were giving us for the trade. The car came in we drove in. My husband sat with Kenos manager Justin to explain what we are trading, the positive equity being used for a down payment plus the additional money we would be placing down. That’s two people and they still got it wrong. That’s where the treatment went south and now the financing per month is being moved up after Gary saw their mistake (we had already been waiting a couple of hours). There is no loss on their behalf we drove two hours with an understanding explained it to two people and Power Ford wants to start changing things so we walked on principle. Could we afford the payments at the change? Yes. The part that really irritated me was when Keno. walked out with our keys and stood there like this is our offer or here are your keys. Prior to this Justin was walking back and forth with the paperwork now we are told they are taking a $4000 dollar loss but the price of the vehicle hasn’t changed where’s that in writing? Um no this was our deal it was explained and now that we are here it’s changed. Just really pompous. I am a female and was in the military for 23 years so I can pick up on the macho xxxxxxxx and there was just too much arrogance coming from this dealership. Not to mention that during the test drive the electric vehicle was going to be at 45%. I asked if it would be fully charged and we were told no but here are the power stations you can go to. Ummm if we bought a traditional vehicle it would be full when we left. Through these reviews people are talking about Logan was so nice. Keno was wearing a Logan name tag. Logan is just some name tag that gets tossed around. More

We had heard good things about Power Ford from friends. We were looking for a newer model Ford Escape and having considered everything from online options such as Carvana and Vroom and other local dealers We were looking for a newer model Ford Escape and having considered everything from online options such as Carvana and Vroom and other local dealerships we found ourselves absolutely loving Power Ford's low key approach, but very thorough handling of absolutely everything. Kevin Melgarejo is worth asking for, extremely personable and very professional. They matched the terms of our pre-approval with the credit union, and matched another offer for my trade despite getting a recent chip on the windshield. They worked with us to come to a fair price for the car. When we got all the paperwork done they presented the car to us with a big red bow on it, and surrounded by red carpet They just made the entire transaction fun and special. I'm 66 years old and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had in my lifetime. I simply can't recommend Power Ford more because they've pulled together some very special people who work well as a team. We felt almost like royalty even they we didn't have a royal sized budget. No wonder this dealership has won so many awards over the years, they've earned it and obviously keep working hard to earn kudos going forward. More
