Bought a 2017 used Explorer, sales person and finance department where great, had a recall on the roof runners a month later, took to service Dept., and they put us in a loaner knowing they did not have department where great, had a recall on the roof runners a month later, took to service Dept., and they put us in a loaner knowing they did not have parts, drove loaner for three weeks and no word on parts or time line to be done, to this day still have not heard from them to fix my runners on roof for a recall, the recall was back in Dec. of 2020,..Got my roof runners fixed at Don Chalmers in two weeks after parts got in a month ago.
