very poor service department, always saying you need service on a new car. When they cant find what's wrong they say Chrysler does not have a fix for it. called Chrysler they said not true. brain then s service on a new car. i bought a new ram 1500 and when driving it home i noticed that as soon as it hit 3000 rpm there was a loud ringing noise coming from underneath. i thought i would drive it around for a while maybe it noticed that as soon as it hit 3000 rpm there was a loud ringing noise coming from underneath. i thought i would drive it around for a while maybe it would go away. the noise got worse, i bought it to the dealer and they said noises are hard to find, nothing we can do live with it. i could not believe it, i decided to try another dealer. i went to precision jeep ram in butler new jersey, totally different experience. i was not pushed out the door, they understood how i felt, and yes a noise like that could come from anywhere but they were confident they could fix it. sure enough they fixed it, the truck feels totally different to me. all i hear now is a sweet sounding hemi motor, i now love my truck. thanks precision ! I am a previous customer of Precision having purchased a new 2012 Grand Cherokee in December 2012. The new purchase was an excellent experience, probably one of the best new car buying experiences I have had. Since December, I have been in the market for a used Wrangler as a second vehicle. I found a 2008 Wrangler on the Precision's website. It had only 24000 miles and was described as being in excellent condition. It was listed on the website for $16,900, I made a starting offer of $15,000 through the website. I recieved a response email from Vanessa in the internet department(who by the way was fantastic to deal with), she stated that it is the end of the month and they were looking to move vehicles, and all prices are negotiable. I told her that I would be in that same day after work. When I went into the dealership, I asked for Vanessa, and she came out to greet me. She remembered my name and the vehicle I was there to look at. Here is where the experience turns from good to bad. Vanessa gave me to the used car manger(who used to work at 46 Jeep), who passed me to one of his salesmen. The salesman took me out to see the Jeep, he immediately showed me a window sticker of $20,500 on the Jeep. He explained that was the retail price of the Jeep and the internet price is the bottom line. He proceeded to tell me that there was no room for negotiation on the internet price and it was the bottom line. I said thank you, got back in my car and left. After leaving, I called the dealership to tell someone what happed, and I was informed that someone was actually purchasing that Jeep at that moment. So basically I was their chip to seal the deal with the other customer..... More
