My salesperson Marvin Wellins treated my parents and I like human beings that's to say not just like a sale. Not only was he polite, curtiuous, and was attentive to my needs, he went above and beyound my expectations. He delivered exactly what he said he would do. The experience that I had today at Precision was "total class". I walked into the showroom and was greeted by sales manager Chris Bultman. I do not like to get "sold to" and Chris was fantastic in "total class". I walked into the showroom and was greeted by sales manager Chris Bultman. I do not like to get "sold to" and Chris was fantastic in his approach - he asked simple questions and let me know he was there to help when if I needed anything. I looked around a bit and when I had an idea I approached him in his office and we sat down to discuss further exactly what I needed. I had a vehicle which I wanted to trade in and with Chris's help today I am glad to say that I will be driving off the lot on Thursday with a brand new Jeep Cherokee (for under my price range). The great thing about my dealings with Chris today was that he actually listened to my needs and understood the position that I was in and where I had to be. He worked very hard to ensure that I got a vehicle that I liked and didn't upsell me at all. Overall, my experience at Precision was better than I could have ever expected and I would recommend them to anyone looking.
