Switched to here from another dealer, I came in on a Friday afternoon with a self diagnosed driveshaft issue to make an appointment, Ryan brought my Switched to here from another dealer, I came in on a Friday afternoon with a self diagnosed driveshaft issue to make an appointment, Ryan brought my car in while I waited right away, to verify the problem (was not expecting that). He ordered the part, which came in the next day. I called in Saturday morning to make an appointment, Monday morning was available. I brought my car in that Monday morning and it was completed before the end of the day. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, and the work atmosphere seems genuinely happy. The dealer I came from (for over 5 years) was always a toxic experience, I thought that was just the norm. What a difference at Precision though, I would strongly recommend the service department to everyone. I will be a Precision customer from now on. More
