I came in to fix my Pacifica. The battery kept on dying. Unbeknown to me the Pacifica has two batteries a large and small one. The sales person tried to sell me the large battery The battery kept on dying. Unbeknown to me the Pacifica has two batteries a large and small one. The sales person tried to sell me the large battery even after I told him it was only two months old. He backed off only when his colleague told him just to install the new small battery. I think that is very dishonest Secondly, it took only 45 minutes to install the battery, but I was charged for an hour and a half. I was told, that is the formula that is used. I think that is dishonest as well. Thirdly, I asked them to inflate the tires to 37 PSI. When I picked up the car, I verified with the sales person if it indeed was inflated. I was assured that it was inflated. Much to my astonishment when I was driving home it was still at the same PSI that I came in with at 33. I think it’s wrong to lie to your customers More
