Putting a paper floor mat down should be a given. grease on the floor carpet mats should never happen. I am sure the tech just forgot. I needed to return to the service center to have what sounded li grease on the floor carpet mats should never happen. I am sure the tech just forgot. I needed to return to the service center to have what sounded like a nut rolling around in my steering wheel when turning, this was after the air bag was replaced. Brian was great for taking care of me after I brought my truck in the wrong day for the air bags to be replaced and I thank him for fitting me in rather than having me come back another day. I would recommend Precision service center to others. Thank You Again. More

After a 3 hour wait for my oil change (at another dealer, where I had an appointment!) my neighbor recommended I try Precision. It was easy to get an appointment on the phone. They took my car in on time, re where I had an appointment!) my neighbor recommended I try Precision. It was easy to get an appointment on the phone. They took my car in on time, replaced the headlights (my choice) all in an hour and a half. I will use Precision for all my Jeep service from now on! More
