Mr Holmes, I have no idea why you are repeatedly leaving negative reviews. You paid under $35k for a leftover 23 Jeep Cherokee (last year) that was on the showroom floor. You and your wife spent several days choosing between the 24 compass and the 23 Cherokee. Ultimately, you told me your wife preferred the Cherokee. I'm sorry if you are unhappy with the decision you made, We aren't liars or crooks and I didn't steer you towards anything, you chose a car with a tag showing a leftover price that was reduced from over $40k to under $35k you received a discount in excess of $5000. Additionally, 2023 was the last year of Cherokee, it was discontinued for 2024, so there was no option on Cherokee for you to not buy a leftover. 2023 was the most recent model year.

No sir, I submit that you know exactly where my dissatisfaction comes from… First, my wife actually came into your store looking for a Jeep Wrangler, or Rubicon truck. Upon discovering the nature of those vehicles ie; bumpy riding, having to hold on and pull herself up to enter the vehicle, she changed her mind. Secondly, She absolutely had her eye on the Compass that was on the floor. You steadfastly steered Us away from that vehicle by insisting that you owned this exact same vehicle and had been driving it around for years, all the while knocking the Compass as an inferior vehicle. Also, not sure about the numbers that you are presenting. Wife and I gave you over 35kcash plus the trade in of her vehicle.
