Although my service seemed reasonable when I went to check out it was near the closing of the service department. I asked that I pay over the phone and have the keys left with the sales department. I was shocked when my request was denied as the service team did not want to deal with the service customers. After I spent so much time with you being the car you can’t hold a set of keys for me to pick up. Or was it you were to busy smoking out back to actually do anything else.
