I brought my truck for service to the dealership, I have the factory extended warranty on it and it’s still active , I was told the repair would be $5300 ,I said I have the factory extended warranty, ok we the factory extended warranty on it and it’s still active , I was told the repair would be $5300 ,I said I have the factory extended warranty, ok we will get back to you , then whe they did it turned out to be a $300 repair, I said I was told it needed an entire new air suspension system whe you thought I was paying for it it was $5300 dollars but now the warranty is involved it’s a $300 repair, he blamed his colleague then went on to tell me he did me a big favor because he could have charged me for the $300 repair but out of the goodness of his heart he fixed the truck for free for me , then went on to tell me that the factory warranty I purchased for $5000 was not a great warranty and doesn’t cover a lot of repairs , I’m in contact with Chrysler now filing a complaint, also with consumer affairs and bbb , oh and the truck wasn’t fixed it still has the exact same problem, stay away from precision they are criminals More

It was easy to make an appointment to have the leaking oil cooler changed on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Brought the Jeep in the day before. They called the next early afternoon to tell me it was done. We pic oil cooler changed on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Brought the Jeep in the day before. They called the next early afternoon to tell me it was done. We picked it up that afternoon. Easy!! The best is it was covered by the extended warranty! Everyone was very polite and professional. More
