I was very impressed. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. They advised me they were running behind and my service normally takes an hour to perform. Although my service seemed reasonable when I went to check out it was near the closing of the service department. I asked that I pay over the phone and have the keys left with the sales department. I was shocked when my request was denied as the service team did not want to deal with the service customers. After I spent so much time with you being the car you can’t hold a set of keys for me to pick up. Or was it you were to busy smoking out back to actually do anything else. Needless to say with service mentality like this my next car will be anything but a Jeep product. More
