I was in the market for a white stick shif CRZ. I called sales was directed to vin I asked more than 10 times if they had a White manual CRZ and an every time VIn said yes!! First I was directed to another sales man who told me thAt it was at a different location and then they said someone else had been trying to buy it at the same time Wich was lie they never had the car!!!!! The sales manager came out with a deal for a black one they had and was a jerk about it he gave me a paper said this is the best I can do Wich was bogus because I got a better quote for the same one in San Diego I said no thankyou and he did t really apologize just let me go. I wasted five hours of my time dont waste any of your time there. Worst customer service by a manager I have ever had!!!! More
After online shopping and a few negotiations with several dealers, I got my Honda Accord here and I am satisfied for the price. (Althought they don't have that many qty in stock, sometimes they could deliver cars from their sister store, Honda World Westminister.) More
The waiting room is very comfortable and nice. I really like it! But their charges for services are rip-off. I don't know since when, the price of the oil change has gone up to $34.99! That's ok, I would still like to go for an oil change because I like its environment of being waiting for services. The worst part of this dealership is they are not honest about other services than oil change and they always ask you to do the "extra service" which is not included in the Honda's manual. For example, they charged my sister $80 for a tansmission fluid change recently. I was going to have an minor service for my car and asked the service rep and he told me it will cost around $200 for the monior service! What the heck are they thinking? They think all people are idots? As an online shopper, I checked and compared before purchases. The minor service will never be over $100 for Honda and Toyota. I will never go to this dealership unless they have changed. In my area, the Scott Robinson Honda has better service deals and they will not try to push you to spend more $$$ than you should. Once I drove in for an oil change after 4000 miles from my last oil change, and they checked my service interval on my dash board and it showed 40% remaining. The service rep told me I don't need to perform the service yet. She is very nice and save my bucks! (But I will not purchase my new car there because I found their prices are not competitive after dealing with their online sales.) More
rip off. Went in to look at hybrid accords. MSRP was jacked up 4000 dollars, because of demand for them. I was told that they would drop the mark up if I came in-person to negotiate. Had own financing. Finance representative explained all terms clearly and was patient with us as we read every single line. No add-ons were mentioned (LoJack, paint sealant, etc). Highly recommend this dealership for internet fleet sales! More
