Did not enjoy the business offce experience... the worst part of going to any dealer. The best reason I know to shop private party. They have outrageous prices for warranty and security. Here you are buying your "new" car and they basically try to sell you on the idea that you can't afford it if it breaks? What the heck? Also my wife returned to the dealer the next day to drop off a second key and the salesperson acted as if he had no idea who she was. Guess we didn't make any friends. Also, the "DOC FEES" are usary.... something you could do yourself and costs nothing and they charge 430.00 .... ridiculous. Also, we received an email asking us to make comments on 3 different websites.... kinda junior high stuff....? More
