I am out 1,830.00 I went to Mo with a parts proposal and was told he couldn't do anything. I am still waiting. In October I returned to buy a new vehicle and met Ray Lizarrga. I wasn't sure what I was going to purchase. It was between a Tundra and Tacoma. We test drove several vehicles and I purchased a 2102 Tacoma. I love my my truck. Ray was very helpful I would recommend this dealership over Desert Toyota.I would also recommend Ray. He try's very hard to help figure out what you really need in a vehicle. I would not recommend buying anything else from them as I don't think they would stand behind the products and warranties. Overall I had a great car buying experience at this dealership. The sales consultant Albert was kind and courteous. He showed the car and explained most of the things about the car. But I had a bad experience with the finance person. I asked the finance guy to send my loan documents to local credit union, but he did not honor my request. He sent to Wells Fargo, but he matched the credit union's APR rate. So I recommend you go prepared before you meet the finance guy at this dealership. This way you can get good APR and negotiation power. Also, you need to be careful when you purchase the extended warranty. I was told $0 deductible when I applied. But I received the agreement with $50 deductible. I need to call the finance guy again to cancel the original warranty agreement in order to get a new one with $0 deductible. More
