Car in for Toyota Care service first 2 years or 24,000 miles. Service writer said 1.5 hours for this service. I asked if they could tighten the rear view mirror while they had the car. Service writer said miles. Service writer said 1.5 hours for this service. I asked if they could tighten the rear view mirror while they had the car. Service writer said I would need to be prepared to wait 4 hours if I wanted them to tighten the loose rear view mirror. I asked if she was kidding She said, “No, it’s a different department and she must quote me a 4 hour wait if you want the mirror tightened. Will take car elsewhere to tighten the loose mirror and all future service. More
