I recently took in my 2012 Chevy Impala for repair at Precision Toyota collision shop. My vehicle had been vandalized by punks who threw a large rock through my right rear window causing considerable dam Precision Toyota collision shop. From first call to left front desk I received good information and expectations of next steps and time frame . Jamie was very helpful a followed up often with updates and the perky Sargent major female ,can’t remember her name was efficient and got her parts done fast . The gentleman checked the car and I guess also provided updates as well was very helpful. The good relationship they had with Enterprise rent a car and how they worked with Acuity Insurance really moved the process along . I will definitely use and recommend the collision center folks More

The service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. The service writers are young kids who have no work ethic and little knowledge of the business. The managers don't manage. Cus have ever dealt with. The service writers are young kids who have no work ethic and little knowledge of the business. The managers don't manage. Customer service is something they cannot comprehend. I had a bad experience with this dealership 2 years ago. I thought maybe they improved but not the case. I asked for a simple estimate quote to have an A/C hose replaced and the system recharged. Not one service writer could or would give me an accurate OTD price. I got at least 4 different quotes for the exact same job from 4 different service people. Finally disgusted I asked for a service manager who gave me the highest quote of all. Their quotes ranged from under $600 to over $750 for same repair. I still have no idea which one is accurate. Disgusted I contacted Desert Toyota and withing 10 minutes had my quote of $553 OTD. Now that is a difference of $200 for the exact same job from two different Toyota dealers. Frankly I don't trust Precision. They are too large and busy to care and too haphazard in the way they run the business to trust. It's worth it to drive an extra 20 miles to know I'm not being cheated. More
