Precision Toyota Best Dealer in USA I bought a Toyota 4 Runner from Precision and the experience was wonderful. Peter, the Service Director is a genius and his entire crew wonderful.Toyotas are the Best Trucks and now Corporate ought to give Precision Toyota it’s ‘Dealer if the Year Award.’ Best Shop in North America!!!!!! Excellent and patient customer service. Excellent and patient customer service from Ulysses & Pablo. When I first came to Precision I had no idea which make or model I was looking for. Uly Excellent and patient customer service from Ulysses & Pablo. When I first came to Precision I had no idea which make or model I was looking for. Ulysses was so patient explaining everything to me as I asked him a lot of questions about each of the vehicles and then left to test drive other makes and do research. I returned on three more occassions, working with Pablo when Ulysses was with other guests. Each time they were patient without being pushy or frustrated. A great experience thanks to these two salespeople. More

The staff, particularly Lindsey is very nice and is absolutely friendly and knows exactly her job . She made sure that I am taking care of while I was waiting for couple of hours . She explained to me in detail the issue of my car and what needs to be done . You will not get bored while waiting for your car to be done because they give us free snack with unlimited drinks . Comfy ambiance, free phone or electronic charging station while you sit on to their comfy booth or regular chairs. If you have kids with you while waiting for your car, there is a separate kids room exclusively for them . Their bathrooms are well maintained and clean . There’s only one thing I would like to suggest tho but not too bad . The elderly lady that takes care of the snack /food area is a little bit annoying . With all due respect, pardon me but she needs to slow down a little bit and tone down her voice because I can hear her voice over and over while I was sitting towards further back seat. There’s a new mid 20s staff that I believe on training with her . She’s perfect to that job . Her voice is toned down but I noticed she’s not given enough time and chance to do her job as this elderly One keeps talking and wanted to be on stage all the time . Just tone down her voice a little bit and her facial expression is kinda intimidating while I was getting my snack which I know what to do and which ones I can get and not . Thank you and I will definitely recommend this place and location to my fam and co-workers ! More
