Deven Jones was a wonderful service manager. I needed to get out quickly for another appointment. Deven made sure I made my second appointment. Thank you. Frank Konkle was great and would rate him a 5. And he made a great customer service choice in handling the experience. But the overall experience was terrible. I can't imagine ever going back to this dealership. Four people (NOT Frank), gave me wrong or inadequate information. Frank explained what was going on. Why couldn't the rest of them? Plus I had a noon appointment. All they were doing was making keys (which they had to program) but it took 3 hours! Why bother with an appointment? And that was after the initial person told me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I teach customer service classes and will use staff here as excellent (Frank) role models to terrible role models. More
I’ve been coming to Precision Toyota for years and have had the pleasure of working with Dave Burt in the past. Even though he has moved up to Service Manager, he still greeted me when I arrived at the Ser had the pleasure of working with Dave Burt in the past. Even though he has moved up to Service Manager, he still greeted me when I arrived at the Service Dept. He then personally introduced me to my assigned Service Assistant, Lindsay. She was very knowledgeable with years of experience behind her. I was impressed with her professionalism and the fact that she treated me with respect and patience! (I ask a lot of questions!) Erick is so helpful and got me an appointment on short notice for a transaxle fluid service. I also asked him for some additional information and a quote regarding the cooling system and he had that done notice for a transaxle fluid service. My husband and I have had various makes of cars and two trucks in the 61 years we have been married. Obviously, we have dealt with different car dealerships in the states where we have lived. We have never had the feeling that a Dealership was as interested in customer goodwill as much as we did today when we left Precision Toyota. We had been told when we made the appointment that there would be a charge of $130. When I tried to give my credit card to the lady at the checkout desk, she said, "We don't charge when there is no diagnosis. Both of us were stunned that there was no charge. We do not remember ever having had that happen before. We think that shows Precision Toyota wants their customers to have a pleasant feeling about the Dealership. It certainly creates customer goodwill. Since we moved to Arizona in 2015, we have always gone to Precision for our car problems, but we have not had many things that needed to be done. My husband grew up doing maintenance on his vehicles and hates to give up the satisfaction he always felt when he took care of our cars. Any time he becomes unable to do it for himself, we will certainly go to Precision to have it done. I would also like to express our opinion about the people at Precision Toyota. We had more interaction with Erick Chiquette than anyone else. He was extremely helpful and patient in addition to being polite and courteous. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was also very polite, courteous, and helpful. I believe her name was Danelle. When we were leaving, I did not see Erick, I spoke with a gentleman who offered to relay my thanks to Erick. I believe he said his name was Santiago. He, also was very helpful. The ladies with whom we spoke at the checkout desk were friendly, polite, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get their names. All of our interactions with Precision employees were extremely satisfactory. We did not see or speak with anyone who was not interested in helping us with whatever we needed at the time. More
