My hatchback door started to make a loud thump noise when it closes as well as the driver window when you roll it up. Received a letter from Toyota that the 2012 hatchback door of highlander can give owners problem that prompted me to have this checked since my problem with the door and window is occurring more frequently now. I talked to a pleasant service advisor at first who took down reason for visit. When I asked how much it will cost, he said he will check if my warranty will cover this. The car was dropped off today by my husband who speaks limited English. I told him to just drop off the car and have the service advisor call me for any estimate. My husband was met by service advisor Ryan who made him sign paperwork he did not explain was a diagnostic fee charge of $199.00 for this visit. My husband did tell him to call me anything about the car. I was called by Ryan to let me know that they didn't find anything wrong with the car. They tighten the screws in the device that makes the window roll up and just clean the dirt that makes the hatchback door noisy but did not find what is wrong with the car. The bill for not finding what's wrong with the car is $199.00 which they did not call me about neither did they explained to my husband that we will incur that much bill for a car they didn't find anything wrong. When I question the diagnostic fee and why estimated cost was not called in instead of doing diagnostic, they said Toyota and warranty won't cover this. I personally met another sales advisor "David" who adamantly refuse my right to dispute their charge and will hold my car in the delearship until I pay the whole bill. This dealership is a RIP OFF! Very sneaky. $199 diagnostic fee for something they did not find wrong! DON'T GET DECEIVED BY THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WERE WARNED! More

I don't normally write reviews , but I was so shocked at how easy and fast our experience was at Precision Toyota I felt they deserved it! Matt Asanovich, Carlos Anaya and Mark (fro , but I was so shocked at how easy and fast our experience was at Precision Toyota I felt they deserved it! Matt Asanovich, Carlos Anaya and Mark (from finance) were so helpful! They were great at listening to our needs and wants, and finding us the perfect vehicle with the right payments. We are so happy with the way we were treated, and shocked at how fast the process was! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to speak to these gentlemen!! More

My wife and I spent two days at precision toyota making a deal on a car. My experience with the sales team was not bad. The sales man tried some of the old school tricks of putting a line on a blank piece of paper, scribbling a bunch of numbers on it and trying to get me to sign it. I told him if that was the deal then he should sign it. It took hours to finally try and get a deal that we could agree on. I went home when we could not agree on a number. To my surprise they called me first thing the next morning to come in for the number we felt was reasonable. After another couple of hours we finally had the paperwork in front of us, then came in Mike. Mike the manager was extremely aggressive, and made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. My wife asked him to not be so aggressive towards her and he stated "i'm not aggressive this is just me"... Very aggressively. When he finally left, I asked to see the other manager Omar. I only wanted to let another manager know that I felt uncomfortable with how Mike treated me and my wife. I told Omar about the interaction and dismissively he said"there are three sides to every story". And that I should basically just get over it. I let Omar know that the way he was treating a customer who was minutes away from giving them a check was a poor way to get a return customer and that I was going to warn others to not spend their money at precision toyota. Omar said that it takes a bad Apple (referring to me) to ruin the tree. Then very condescending asked if I was that unhappy then why was I buying a car from them. I turned around, grabbed my wife, cancelled the check and walked out. I can not believe that Omar and Matt were so aggressive and prideful that they were willing to let 34k walk away so easily. I didn't want any extras, the price was already set, I just didn't want to be treated as if it was my fault that they were jerks to us. More

(I was also looking at the BRZ, same car, different make) Couple days later I'm back with my car to get a trade in value w/ the intention on purchasing the 86. While I'm waiting around in the lobby, I notice another MT 86 on the showroom floor with a sticker saying it's "now only $26,900~...same options, same everything. I keep this in mind. When dude gets back to me I ask to see a breakdown of the price I'm being given. Car is being shown as $28,482 before all the tax/fees. I mention the price on the showroom 86 and this guy comes up with "something something oh yeah management just does that to bring people in". Bruhh. He then offered to lower it $900 to $27,582. I'm stunned at what's going on here. Part of me knows with a little effort I could have gotten them to match the sticker price THAT THEY ARE OPENLY ADVERTISING. But then I think to myself, I'm bringing my car to these people for the next 5 or so years. No thanks hombre. I now own a BRZ 👌 Cute young lady at the front desk was about all this place had going for it. I give her 5 stars. More
