My Used Toyota Tacoma Search* Chris (CDO) met me as I drove into the Used Toyota lot at Auto Mall Drive. He spent two hours with me to show all of the Tacoma inventory on three dif Chris (CDO) met me as I drove into the Used Toyota lot at Auto Mall Drive. He spent two hours with me to show all of the Tacoma inventory on three different lots. He proceeded to take me into his office where he showed me information online with details that I had questions about. He was very patient and really answered all of my questions. I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in too. I have been able to drive my Toyota around town and just took a small trip down to Sonoita to see how the truck performed. I can say that I am very excited and happy with my experience with both the dealership and my 2013 Toyota Tacoma truck! I would highly recommend this dealership to all! Sincerely, Susan More

I told them what I had been offered elsewhere and after a couple calls, they were able tob match. I shopped dealers all over the Southwest and Precision's price beat them all. During the financial close, there was absolutely NO hard sell for additional products. These guys rock! More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever NOTE: WE DID NOT WORK WITH JASON SCOTT. OUR SALES PERSON WASN'T LISTED AND YOU HAVE TO SELECT A NAME TO POST. I ONLY PICKED THAT NAME BECAUSE HE IS NOTE: WE DID NOT WORK WITH JASON SCOTT. OUR SALES PERSON WASN'T LISTED AND YOU HAVE TO SELECT A NAME TO POST. I ONLY PICKED THAT NAME BECAUSE HE IS LISTED IN MANAGEMENT. Sales person could not remember our first names and kept calling us by the wrong names. Did not know much about the features of the cars. Pressure, pressure pressure was all he knew. We were only offered $4,000, less than Blue Book on our trade in. Would not listen at all to our desires to leave. His only concern was to close the deal and asked us repeatedly to give him an excellent rating. He even called after the sale (again getting my wife's first name wrong and mispronouncing our last name), to remind us to give him a superior rating. Now I cannot put it all on the sales person. Management at Precision is responsible for their employees actions. The sales person lacked training and displayed sales tactics from a bygone era or "joe's used car lot". We just never expected such classless sales tactics from a Toyota dealership. More
