I went to Toyota not knowing which vehicle I wanted which can make a salespersons j I was overall extremely satisfied with my salesperson Mark Ibarra. I went to Toyota not knowing which vehicle I wanted which can make a salespersons job more difficult. Mark handled it very well. He showed me my options and asked questions like how much I drive, the distance to get to work, and what features I wanted the vehicle to have, to see what would be more suitable for me. He gave his input and let me test drive cars, but still allowed me to make the decision on my own. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Camry hybrid thanks to Mark! Excellent Buying Experience I made an internet sales inquiry in early December of 2014 regarding the car I ultimately purchased. I honestly did not feel I could work a new car pu I made an internet sales inquiry in early December of 2014 regarding the car I ultimately purchased. I honestly did not feel I could work a new car purchase into my budget and advised my internet salesperson, Ricardo Claure, of that. After many emails and phone calls, I made an appointment to visit Ricardo at Precision Toyota in January 2015. I feel he gave sound advise about how the car I was interested in compared in value to other Toyota models. When it came time to negotiate price I was amazed at the concessions they made and how they were able to work within my budget to make this car affordable for me. I love my new Toyota Corolla LE and highly recommend both Ricardo and Precision Toyota. More
Is There A Salesman Working Late Saturday Night? I received an e-mail Saturday afternoon and the Leasing Pitch appealed to me on the Camry and Rav4. I called Saturday about 8:00 pm the Customer serv I received an e-mail Saturday afternoon and the Leasing Pitch appealed to me on the Camry and Rav4. I called Saturday about 8:00 pm the Customer service line and they connected me with a slams,an named Josh..He listened to my questions and interest. He sent an e-mail to clarify Leasing terms. I called Josh Monday morning and told him I would be at the dealership at 10:00 am He was waiting in the from of Precision Toyo. Josh exceeded my expectations as he showed me the cars, went for a test drive...local roads and interstate and answered my many questions. Josh Upshur was courteous, patient, friendly, patient, diligent and made me feel that he was looking out for my best interests. He answered my one concern about the Rav's poor crash test recommendation by consumer reports by explaining that the rating referred to previous years results. I looked at the new Rav and there was no comparison in the body compared to the old Rav. Josh also after the sale answered three more call I had and helped my wife with an orientation.
