I went to Toyota not knowing which vehicle I wanted which can make a salespersons job more difficult. Mark handled it very well. He showed me my options and asked questions like how much I drive, the distance to get to work, and what features I wanted the vehicle to have, to see what would be more suitable for me. He gave his input and let me test drive cars, but still allowed me to make the decision on my own. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Camry hybrid thanks to Mark! Excellent Buying Experience I made an internet sales inquiry in early December of 2014 regarding the car I ultimately purchased. I honestly did not feel I could work a new car pu I made an internet sales inquiry in early December of 2014 regarding the car I ultimately purchased. I honestly did not feel I could work a new car purchase into my budget and advised my internet salesperson, Ricardo Claure, of that. After many emails and phone calls, I made an appointment to visit Ricardo at Precision Toyota in January 2015. I feel he gave sound advise about how the car I was interested in compared in value to other Toyota models. When it came time to negotiate price I was amazed at the concessions they made and how they were able to work within my budget to make this car affordable for me. I love my new Toyota Corolla LE and highly recommend both Ricardo and Precision Toyota. More

Is There A Salesman Working Late Saturday Night? I received an e-mail Saturday afternoon and the Leasing Pitch appealed to me on the Camry and Rav4. I called Saturday about 8:00 pm the Customer serv I received an e-mail Saturday afternoon and the Leasing Pitch appealed to me on the Camry and Rav4. I called Saturday about 8:00 pm the Customer service line and they connected me with a slams,an named Josh..He listened to my questions and interest. He sent an e-mail to clarify Leasing terms. I called Josh Monday morning and told him I would be at the dealership at 10:00 am He was waiting in the from of Precision Toyo. Josh exceeded my expectations as he showed me the cars, went for a test drive...local roads and interstate and answered my many questions. Josh Upshur was courteous, patient, friendly, patient, diligent and made me feel that he was looking out for my best interests. He answered my one concern about the Rav's poor crash test recommendation by consumer reports by explaining that the rating referred to previous years results. I looked at the new Rav and there was no comparison in the body compared to the old Rav. Josh also after the sale answered three more call I had and helped my wife with an orientation. Great Dealership!! I was looking to trade my 2007 Tacoma in for a few months. I did my research and went to different dealerships and had the same result..... high pres I was looking to trade my 2007 Tacoma in for a few months. I did my research and went to different dealerships and had the same result..... high pressure salesman looking to sell me whatever they could to get a vehicle off the lot. I looked at the inventory at Precision Toyota and it was apparent that they had the biggest and best selection of Toyotas in Tucson. I was then contacted by Todd Crain a sales associate with Precision. Talking with Todd it was a no pressure situation and I immediately set up an appointment for the following day. I showed up to the scheduled appointment and drove a few trucks until I decided which truck I was totally committed to. With my credit history I never expected to get payments where I wanted them but Todd got me right where I needed to be. In all honesty I will buy from Precision Toyota again and Todd Crain will be the only sales associate I deal with. More

Patrick Carr & Precision is all you need to buy a truck! This is my third vehicle purchased from Precision and second from Patrick Carr. In previous years purchasing cars for my wife and dealing with other dealerships (other than Toyota), I have always felt I am getting the run-around. I am always the person who does a ton of research before stepping onto the lot. I know when the salesperson is not being honest. Patrick truly wants to give you the best deal he can and works with you with whatever you need. He is unlike any other sales person we've purchased a vehicle from. On Saturday, I bought a 2015 4runner. I arrived at Precision at 1:45 and left with my new truck at 3:30. Based on the deal I received on my trade in as well as the 4runner, I could not have been more pleased. Who is in and out in less than 2 hours when buying a truck! Love Precision and Patrick.
