At my request, Service Writer Tony Durazo started an inquiry for the repairs to the system to be covered by Toyota given it was bought and is registered in California. I found out through this process what Precision Toyota's mission, or 'The Precision Vision', looks like. They state that, "As a team, there is no problem we cannot solve." They seek to meet the "guest expectation" and mine was realized out of Pretoy's "team goals .. realized." What none of you knew was that without benefit of the California emissions non-prorated warranty of 10 year/150,000 I would have had to walk away from a great car. Part of the customer service was to engage Toyota Corporate to allow Precision Toyota to make a warranty repair under the "California Warrant" on the disabled vehicle in Tucson. "Pretoy's" right minded and honorable approach led to a agreement with Toyota Corporate to underwrite the repair under warranty. Some things seem black and white, cut and dried. I do know that not all things are what they seem. Toyota integrity, Pretoy leadership and culture, and one man, Tony Durazo on point, took care of business. More

My husband had the day off, so we did stop by Precision Toyota "just for fun". Do I get a new SUV for me? or a smaller car for the kids. You know the feeling of driving up to the parking lot of a dealership and that feeling you get "here comes the sharks"? and you feel like "prey"? you don't even want to get out because "they'll come and get you" feeling???? Precision Toyota is different, yes, they staff comes and greets you but I love the "no pressure" attitude. We saw one sales person in the afternoon and came back in the evening with the kids and saw another sales person. They both made "car shopping" very fun and easy. We did NOT feel pressured at all, they knew we were just "looking". I don't buy retail, I always wait for sales so I called a few days later to see if there were any sales coming soon, then I got a call from one of the sales man to let me know of the sale. That night we went to see him. Negotiation was easy, we had researched the prices, reviews of the car etc, so we knew what we wanted to pay, and we got pretty close to it. Before we started buying at Precision Toyota, we drove all the way to Phoenix to get the prices we needed,This is our 4th vehicle that we have purchased at Precision Toyota, their service department is great! and overall it's a great place to buy cars. Their warranties are more expensive here and not as negotiable, so I have purchased them at different dealerships, other than that, Precision Toyota it's one of the best dealerships we like. We have purchased a Tundra for my husband, two RAV4 for my parents, and now the cuttest Prius C for the kids!!! Perhaps I'll back and get a Highlander or 4runner for me one day... More
