I went to Precision Toyota after I visited and obtained price quotes on vehicles I had in mind. It was a deal! Dale spent his time looking for the car I wanted. His persistence in the new car lot paid off and I found the car that got my attention. During the drive out, he meticulously went over the functionality of the vehicle paying great attention to details. I appreciated the full tank of gas. My overall experience at the dealership was a five-star although I had to wait around sometime for the financial decisions. The waiting lounge with its amenity helped. I am now forced to use the dealership for the maintenance because of the "Tire for Life" program. I hope that their Service Department is as good as Sales. Their rating is not up to par, many dissatisfied customer who gave one star for the services they received. I hope that I won't experience the same. More
