We wanted a 2012 Rav4 for various reasons including the fact it has a V6 engine and still has the open out rear door - the 2013 models don't have either of these features. We initially went to Desert Toyota in Tucson to purchase as we bought our 2009 Rav4 from them. They were unable to find us what we wanted - or unwilling to go the extra mile to find us a vehicle. My wife then found Morgan (Ricardo Morgan) at Precision Toyota through the Internet. Morgan immediately went to work to find us what we wanted, and after several tries, found our new vehicle in California. Morgan worked hard for us and perservered until the job was done! Aside from his obvious tenacity, Morgan is very friendly and has a great sense of humor (nothing worse than dealing with a salesperson who doesn't laugh). While I'd sometimes rather have a root canal without Novacaine than buy a car, Morgan and the Precision staff made this an enjoyable experience, and found us what we wanted at a reasonable price.
