Later that night I came to the dealership to check out their sale and Troy recognized me by me description of my trade and came out to gre from Troy. I am very happy with my choice of using Precision Toyota to purchase my first car. Troy Chavez worked really hard to get me a deal on my car that I can afford. My overall experience with Precision Toyota has made me want to keep my business with Precision Toyota. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful enough but the service that Precision Toyota offers eased my nerves. The warranty and customer service at the repair department are exceptional. Often I have had to scramble to find money to pay for vehicle repairs and rentals if needed. At Precision Toyota I didn't have to scramble. The warranty they offered was amazing and allowed me to repair my window without having to pay the entire cost or pay for the rental. :) THANKS PRECISION TOYOTA! More

WOW - what a difference. I started at Desert Toyota because I live on the east side of town, but what a mistake that was. Presicion Toyota was much more professional and has better customer service. Todd was great to work with. He showed us a color we hadn't considered in the Camry model we were interested in. He allowed us to take a nice long test drive to see how the car handled. Carlos was very friendly and did an excellent job of answering my questions. Since this was a hybrid, I was concerned about the amount of space in the trunk, and being able to fit suitcases in it. He let me drive it to my house, so that I could verify my luggage would fit! As far as the price is concerned, I feel I got a good deal, but not a great deal. I did a bit of research (usaa, costco) before going into the dealer, so I knew what price I wanted to pay, and I ended up paying about $400 over that. I downgraded the overall experience to good, because of my experience in the finance office. If you can't "Just say NO!", then I would be careful buying here. These guys want an insane amount for their extended warranty and maintenance programs. For the Camry I bought, they wanted almost $5000 for both of those. Recall that Jim Click offers lifetime maintenance, and while they do price that into their cars, it's listed right on their sticker for less than $1000 for a similar car. Yes, they put synthetic into Toyota's, but that means less oil changes. After saying NO in the finance office, I did a little looking around, and found a 5yr/100k extended warranty for $639 from USAA bank. One caution here... If you do get an extended warranty on your own, make sure to research the company you are buying from. There are a lot of fly by night places out there, but there are good ones too. Add those together, and you are at maybe $1600. Obviously, you probably don't have another option for the maintenance program, but just know that there is a hefty price tag on it. More
