Paul is very personable and not hard hitting. He explained the process and describred the cars I was looking for. Only disappointment was buying a pure owned certified car 2011 with no manual. Well my experience started as I was looking on line at trucks and jeeps and Ed called me and asked what I was looking for and we started talking and so on. From there I came into see ed and look at trucks trucks and jeeps and Ed called me and asked what I was looking for and we started talking and so on. From there I came into see ed and look at trucks saw one I liked and another one with a lift kit and tires. talked with Mo about financing, they told me what thay thought my car was worth,(which I didnt completly agree with but they were close) the interest rate is really good though so that made the deal better for me. then I saw Juan and finished talking about financing and some add-ons I liked. So I bought a new truck. All in all the whole was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. Everyone was courteous and frienly and yet professional. Then when my lift kit and tires etc: came in Lance called me and got my truck in for all the add-ons and I asked for a couple of extras and he did everything I asked for and everything he said he would do. and I am totaly happy with my truck. Buying a car at Precision Toyota was a pleasant experience - no pressure, no sales pitch, just great service. Everybody was very courteous, especially Mr. Abbasi who explained things thoroughly and experience - no pressure, no sales pitch, just great service. Everybody was very courteous, especially Mr. Abbasi who explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. He made sure that I chose the right car, showed me how the different features of the Corolla LE work and had me drive the car so that he made sure I felt comfortable in it. My youngest son accompanied me and he asked Mr. Abbasi the technical questions, which he explained to our full satisfaction. The paperwork was not lengthy and Mr. Abbasi walked me through it.
