HORRIBLE. Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a car back in April 2023. Mike, the "manager" and finance guy, sold me a bunch of xx from start to finish. T Would give 0 stars if possible. I bought a car back in April 2023. Mike, the "manager" and finance guy, sold me a bunch of xx from start to finish. Told me I had to buy the warranty in order to get a lower interest rate. I stupidly believed him but knew something was off. Told me I could cancel the warranty at any time and receive a pro-rated refund. Here I am 5 months later wanting to cancel the warranty and Premier won't let me talk to Mike to cancel. "He's busy". They hung up on me twice and left me on hold for over 30 minutes. A sales person told us we had to cancel within 30 days. How is this place still in business??? Do NOT buy from this place! Tough and expensive lesson to learn. More

I am a fist time buyer. Had a pre approved letter from my bank who at the last minute played alit of games with me. Premier stepped up and got the loan done. My buying experience at Premier was good. Both Patrick and the sales manager Mike were very hospitable, going beyond my expectations. The final price did include some additions to the online price (as has been the case with every car I've bought) and these were explained when I asked. Gap was automatically included and when I inquired about it I was told that I could decline or cancel (this was also included in the paperwork). I reserve one star for Premier only because I have only had the car one full day.Assuming no issues with the car itself (it was almost brand new) this will have been one of my best car buying experiences and I will update to 5 stars.
