So I go to look at a few cars at around 7:20 they close at 8 or atleast whats shown on the website and door. A younger African American sales guy at door asks me if I need any thing he says they are about at 8 or atleast whats shown on the website and door. He was extremely rude and argumentative. I said told him you dont have to be argumentative about it he goes to say we r not in customer service this is not a chick Fila and proceeds to call me a xxxxx xxx n***r.. extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience and a deeply troubling incident that felt discriminatory. From the moment my son and I walked into the dealership, the Sunday store manager’s demeanor and treatment towa incident that felt discriminatory. From the moment my son and I walked into the dealership, the Sunday store manager’s demeanor and treatment toward us made us feel unwelcome and targeted. While we were waiting for the vehicle key, my driver’s license had already been provided to another employee who was assisting us. Despite this, the manager insisted that we be pre-approved before being allowed to test-drive the vehicle. I clearly explained that no one else in the store was requiring this, yet he continued to insist. After we had already spent nearly an hour looking at vehicles, this treatment was extremely frustrating and humiliating and left us feeling profiled and disrespected. He also asked me whether I had ever financed a vehicle before. Given the circumstances, I found that question inappropriate, particularly after I had already provided my driver’s license and clearly explained that I was there to look at and test-drive a vehicle. I cannot say what motivated his behavior, but based on how we were treated and the apparent difference in requirements, I believe this incident warrants an investigation into possible discriminatory or racially biased treatment. I take this matter seriously. I intend to file complaints with the appropriate authorities, including the BBB, the Virginia Office of Civil Rights, the Virginia Attorney General’s Office, and the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board. I will also consult with legal counsel regarding my options. This matter will not be ignored. I expect this incident to be properly investigated and addressed. More

Came here looking for a car- when we showed up no one would even talk to us until we walked up to an empty desk. When someone did come over they wouldn’t even talk to me just my husband. They showed us a car that had been sitting in the lot for a YEAR. Tires were thin- a lot of rust on the hood, a crack in the windshield, over 5 cosmetic issues and parts coming off in the back of the car (all not mentioned online). When brought up to them not only did they talk over us but rudely replied. We thought we could get over the cosmetics and took the car for a ride. Not even 10 mins pass before they tell us they’re about to close (2 hours before closing might I mention) and to come back. When we got back. We enjoyed the ride and wanted to talk numbers. When we brought up we would be taking a loan from Navy federal someone who wasn’t even involved in the conversation butted into and said since the car had two wrecks we couldn’t use Navy federal BUT they could beat their rate. When we asked numbers he proceeded to make rude gestures “calculating numbers” in his head rudely- when we asked well could you bring up any numbers he said no. So we up and left. Rude from the start to leaving. Over 6 people showed up that day and in 24hours that place had 6 one star ratings. The employees are rude and sneaky. Stingy and hide hidden fees and issues with the car that you won’t notice until you leave with it off the lot. If you ever are looking to buy a car stay FAR away from this place. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I worked for DAYS to get any information about a specific vehicle I was looking for (I live 10 driving hours away). I repeatedly emphasized my concern about it getting sold out from under me. ETHAN promised he would let me know as soon as it was available. Suddenly I get this message: "It looks like this vehicle is not here anymore." Yeah that's right. The listing is gone. They sold it right out from underneath me. Their BBB complaints are terrible.
