I received an email from Amy Smith on October 28 about our interest in purchasing a new car and about the incentives being offered. I was in Morgantown on other business and decided to visit Premier to scout the inventory on hand. While wondering the lot , I encountered Mr. Dave Babel. What a pleasant surprise. He was very friendly ,courteous and professional when he asked me if he could help . I told him exactly what we wanted- a white diamond tricoat Buick Enclave. But no such car was on the lot. But to his credit, he checked his shipping manifest and found the vehicle we wanted was on its way. We debated about buying an unseen vehicle. But in the end and with his expertise, we walked out of the dealership having purchased our dream car. Thank you Dave Babel. More

Even before that, my family has been consistently buying vehicles from Premier for years. The customer service has always been excellent, and the sales reps are friendly. Our salesperson this time was Dave Babel, although we also initially worked with the internet sales team. Everyone we worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we've had great experiences with Premier. That's why we've developed a brand loyalty not only for GM, but for this specific dealership. It was worth driving in from Virginia to buy from Premier rather than take a chance on another dealership. More
Terrible Service Department We purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave in December 2012 and the buying experience was so so at best. When service is needed absolutely horrible. We had a DVD Player installed when we purchased the vehicle by the dealer. We have had trouble with the DVD player so we have been trying to make an appointment since July of 2014 to get it looked at because the company who installs the DVD player is only there certain days. We had to take the vehicle back for recalls and about 2 weeks ago we made an appointment for yesterday to have it looked at. They had 2 weeks to get ready for this and told them the video was cutting out. Went out of our way to drop it off Wednesday night and when we got it back today Friday the recalls were taken care, but nothing was done with the DVD Player. We now have to make another appointment, which couldn't do that today because nobody would get back to us after we were told they would. I will never purchase anything from this place again if that is how the service department is ran. I am very disappointed in the way customers are treated after the sale. More

Pleasurable experience with Premier My wife and I visited Premier and were greeted by David Babel on the lot. From the start his friendliness and easy going demeanor were very apparent. We really love our 2007 Silverado 1500 LTZ Vortec Max and Dave worked to great us a great deal. I can honestly say Premier has very friendly and accommodating staff.
