I called this dealership about my part for my tailgate switch and they said that it was in. i drove 3 an a half hours to get there to find that they didn't even have the part in i called and spoke with th switch and they said that it was in. i drove 3 an a half hours to get there to find that they didn't even have the part in i called and spoke with the management and they said they would get to the bottom of it and blowed me off and i called back today wanting an explanation and another manager blew me off xxxx pour service department and management team to be representing che or GMC they are there for you when your buying but not for anything else i will tell everyone to avoid this dealership and when ask about where to buy a truck like this i will tell you stay clear of liars More

FRAUD OR INCOMPETENCE you decide. Took my car in for service before the warranty expired. They found 2k of non warranty work. I paid them then 1 week later ac goes out. Take it back and they diagnosed it as a bad compressor and want another 2k for replacement. I said no. Took it to an honest mechanic who found yhe wires cut to my ac. Sabotage or incompetence...you choose! More

The dealership made repairs to the vehicle before they asked me if I wanted it done. And then started to replace air conditioning lines in the rear of my vehicle.
