About 1 1/2 years ago I became interested in the Chevrolet Volt. Knowing they would be in limited production for the 1st couple years, and restricted to certian states in the 1st year, I contacted P Chevrolet Volt. Throughout all this time I regularly spoke with Rick Harl at the dealership to keep up to date on their quote, and when they'd be able to start ordering Volts. When one finally became available, Rick was true to his word and contacted me right away. The process at the dealership went very smoothly and I'm now happily driving my Volt. More

I was driving an 11 year old S10 and not looking forward to another winter like the last one. It's a good little truck but I live out of town and off the main roads so having a 4WD option was becoming a mus to another winter like the last one. I had been thinking of maybe going to a Subaru but my first love has always been trucks. I had stepped down from a 1986 C20 to the 2000 S10 but it lacked power going up hills even if it did get double the mpg. I was willing to go with a low mileage 2010 on up if I could find something close to what I needed. Chevrolet has proven itself to me, they are just hard to wear out and seem to last forever with low repair costs over the life of the vehicle - at least, in my experience. I hadn't planned on going to Premier that day but just dropped in and was immediately greeted by Paul Taylor. He made me feel welcome and genuinely interested in answering any questions I had about models and availability. Lucky us, he had one Colorado left on the lot with an extended cab and 4WD although he did check other dealerships to see if any had other colors or models available for comparison. He was more than accommodating in allowing me to take it out for a test drive and I was very much impressed with it's roominess and power. After the test drive, we went back inside and began talking price and options. Paul was very informative and explained each option in detail, I never felt pushed or rushed in any way. We came to an agreement on my S10 as a trade in and deposit needed to hold the truck and a time the next day to complete the transaction. Paul even took care of the transfer of the insurance information and other necessary paperwork. Pickup the next day went smoothly, I had already gone to the bank for the necessary funds. While Scott took me through the financial paperwork, Paul was transferring my plates and getting it ready to drive home. Paul went through all the instrument panel controls and Onstar with me so I would be familiar with their operation. He really is a nice man, and very thorough during the whole process to make sure you are comfortable with everything before driving away. I would highly recommend this dealership and both Paul and Scott to anyone looking for a new vehicle, they really made my day! More

The entire process of buying my Silverado at Premier Chevrolet was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever made in 37 years of driving. Everyone knows that buying a new car can be stressful Chevrolet was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase I have ever made in 37 years of driving. Everyone knows that buying a new car can be stressful for many reasons, and I felt that everyone at Premier understood that. They worked with me on the overall price of the truck and the monthly payments to fit my budget. I told them that I was a straight shooter and I expected them to be them same with me, and they were. I did my research on what I wanted to pay and what I wanted to receive for my trade-in. Because my offers were respectful, they treated me as a serious buyer. I jokingly told them that I felt this was the first time that I ever walked away from a new vehicle purchase feeling like I had come out on top and not the other way around. There was one minor glitch at the closing, but it was easily rectified after the business manager spoke to the salesman. I have lived in Brooklyn for over 53 years and have never bought a car at that location before. Under the current ownership, I will certainly make sure to visit them again when shopping for a new vehicle and to recommend them highly.
