Where this one excelled (especially for an American brand) was in the level of professionalism and downright honesty. Jonathan (my salesman) was kind, courteous, diligent and never pressured or pushed, gave me his cellphone number and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Such people are hard to find in the world of car sales. But credit must be given to Michael, his manager, who hired this soft-spoken, polite and endlessly helpful man to be the company's representative to the public. Kudos all round for this team.
