Very disappointing experience — serious safety recall not properly addressed I am extremely disappointed with the way Premier Cape Cod Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram handled a national airbag safety recall invol properly addressed I am extremely disappointed with the way Premier Cape Cod Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram handled a national airbag safety recall involving my vehicle. A safety recall involving airbags is not a minor service issue. It concerns a critical safety component, and I expected a dealership representing the manufacturer to take the matter seriously and handle it professionally. Instead, I felt that my safety concern was not properly addressed, and I did not receive the level of attention, communication, or professionalism I would expect when dealing with a safety-related recall. When a customer brings a vehicle to an authorized dealership because of a manufacturer safety recall, the expectation is simple: take the recall seriously, communicate clearly, and make sure the safety issue is properly resolved. This experience left me very disappointed and concerned about the dealership’s commitment to customer safety and service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and reviews how safety recalls are being handled so other customers do not have the same experience., lack of professionalism, lack of safety concerns how serious this could potentially could legally impact their operations even though they make me signs documents they are not responsible for any potential liability issues for not complete a national safety recall air bags . More
