Another great purchase experience at Premier Cape Cod I had previously purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Premier Cape Cod and had a great experience so decided to try again. This time I purchased a 2019 Jee I had previously purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Premier Cape Cod and had a great experience so decided to try again. This time I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was very happy with the entire experience. Rob Dombrowski was my sales agent. He is very professional and easy to work with. I was looking for a Limited with the Advanced Safety package and Rob was quickly able to find a vehicle that matched my needs from another dealership that he had transferred to Premier. I also needed to pick up my vehicle the following week since I was going to be out of town and Rob handled all the paperwork via phone and text without my having to come into the dealership. Once I returned I was able to simply pick up my new Jeep! I would also like to thank Andrew Dent from the finance department who did an excellent job securing me a great loan! In addition, we had specific options we were interested in and he was spot on in his available vehicles, pricing, etc. we didn’t need to purchase a vehicle as we were prepared to seek out other dealers. This gentleman made it worth our visit and we purchased exactly what we were interested in at a fair price. Our interactions with Kyle were stellar. Other members of the team we encountered such as Kendall upon entering the sales area and Andrew were also welcoming and professional. Very welcoming staff. Orhers were also friendly and pleasant.
