I've been in sales my entire career and even I have come to dread the car buying process we have all become accustomed to - on par with a root canal! Premier changed that, offering an experience that was void of games, baiting, confusion or hard sell tactics. We met with Robert Dombrowski, walked through a number of options from a new truck with various options to certified used. Robert clearly laid out the pro's and con's of each helping us determine the best path for our situation. No scare tactics and he is clearly very knowledgeable of both the product he represents and the overall automotive landscape. Andrew Dent walked us through the financing in an organized fashion giving us the time and consultancy needed to make some of the decisions that go along with such a purchase. Honestly, we were truly on the fence between a couple brands of truck and the experience at Premier sealed the deal. I'm confident that experience will carry through to service as well. Through e-mail and then a call we made arrangements to test drive a jeep we were interested in. From walking into the dealership we were made to feel welcome. Mike Lavoie was our sales person and the jeep was right up front waiting. The process was painless and moved very quickly. We learned a tough lesson going off cape to look at a truck - our gut said don't do it so while at this other dealer I called Mike and basically freaked out - he never asked where we were, he just asked about the truck we were looking at and the jeep I was trading in. Needless to say we came back and Mike passed us over to Leo Laemmle and we are now the proud owners of a Dodge 2500. Leo was great and fun to work with and we look forward to continuing to work with him! I have recommended this dealer to many and will continue to do so! More
