I took months talking to him about buying a car , and he was always positive , very friendly , honest and patient . I feel like I dint find a sales men , I found a friend there. My confidence with him is enormous . I just got the 2nd car with him a month later than the first car. I have no draughts that premier has the best people . They don't push you to sell anything , I finally found a place that I am free to choose what I want. Thanks Kyle for all support and help , Andrew was very helpful on the closing . My sales person, Rob Dombrowski was customer focused from the minute I wa I enjoyed a most memorable new car purchase experience at Premier Cape Cod. My sales person, Rob Dombrowski was customer focused from the minute I walked into the show room. I did not have an appointment but as I do every time I purchase a new vehicle (> 25 in my lifetime) I just walk in and make a purchase. He sensed that immediately, it was no non-sense, efficient and we completed a transaction including financing, a trade in of an existing vehicle and delivery of the new vehicle in less than 2 1/2 hours (note I do go purchasing during the quietest of times at the dealership). The after care service (getting my registration, final paper work (pink slip on trade in) was "bend over backward" whatever is easiest for me, the customer. I highly recommend Robert and the this dealership. More

WARNING! A two week nightmare, Amatures, STAY AWAY! Wasted my time and ruined my Christmas. I came into the dealership ready to buy a car, with a loan approved through my bank ahead of time, with a paid Wasted my time and ruined my Christmas. I came into the dealership ready to buy a car, with a loan approved through my bank ahead of time, with a paid off trade in, title in hand. I worked out the total price including a warranty and closed the deal on 16 Dec. I was never allowed to take the car from the dealership because they "claimed" they "hadn't gotten paid" by my bank. A lie. I bank with USAA, one of the largest, nationwide financial institutions in the country and a pleasure to do all my business with. First, they sent the wrong accounting information to my bank to receive payment, which I had to clear up for them. Then, the loan gets financed and approved and I am literally watching the new loan account gain interest daily, and yet they STILL wouldn't give me the car. I had already had the car insured and cards faxed to them. I received the addendum from my bank and everything. I pretty much worked this deal from beginning to end and tried everything I could to make this as easy and as smooth as possible for them. Their own shrewd, untrusting, New England attitude is what ruined this deal. Not me, not my bank, (although they tried to blame USAA repeatedly), but themselves are fully to blame for a sure fire deal not going through. I would not take a car from them if they tried to give it to me, nor would I recommend doing business with them or ANYONE on Cape Cod or Massachusetts. A miserable experience overall, a waste of my time, ruined my wife's Christmas, and a valuable lesson learned on doing any kind of business here. In the end I glad the deal didn't go through because they certainly didn't deserve my business. I hope that I deal with people who are as prepared as I was when I walked in. But like the salesman Joe O'Brien told me, "a deal isn't a deal until it leaves the lot" and guess what? I never left the lot with the vehicle, and now they have to refund the loan back to my bank for not delivering the car. Oh, and magically when I went up there today to let them know I didn't want the vehicle because of the way they treated me, the money was there and they got paid. Their loss, they can explain to their bosses why they are refunding thousands of dollars on a lost sale. Honestly, I believe that because I didn't use one of their banks, they treated me the way they did. Cape Cod has a very "buy local only" mentality and it hurts customers everywhere here. Like i said, I'm glad things ended up the way they did. I'll never do any business in this town or state ever again. It not worth the hassle and frustration. More

He listened to what I was looking for and provided excellent information and insight into the Jeep line of products. I am very happy with Premier and Leo and will recommend them to my friends. More
