I was open to a number of different options on a pre-owned vehicle. Joe reached for me as soon as a Grand Cherokee Summit was returned from lease knowing that it was a vehicle that hit all my requirements. The negotiation was quick and painless and the vehicle was delivered on time with new tires (bonus). Great experience and we'll continue to work with Joe on future purchases. More

Even the business end of the deal was very clear and painless. No hidden costs. The only negative thing was I asked to have the white walls of the new tires swapped around so just the black part of the tire shows as part of the purchase and was told they wouldnt throw that in with the deal. I guess nothing's free. But I still will continue to purchase vehicles and recommend premier to shop at. More

We'll PASS. I called and spoke to reception asking if we could have a tech just switch out our locking lug nuts on our jeep to universal lug nuts. Reception said I called and spoke to reception asking if we could have a tech just switch out our locking lug nuts on our jeep to universal lug nuts. Reception said we would have to make an appointment, I asked to speak to a manager because that particular job takes no longer then 15 min. Their website also states they offer "walk in" oil changes, this is NOT the case. You have to make an appointment for that as well, which is fine but don't advertise "quick services" that's don't in fact exist. And also how can you offer a "walk in" oil change but someone can't quickly switch out lug nuts? I spoke to Michelle who was that kind of hidden rude on th phone, where her words seem nice but her tone was rude and very short. Needless to say we will not be buying our summer jeep at this company knowing we would have to deal with Michelle in service. Great customer service... NOT! More
